  • Adhere to BOND FINANCE , federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement BOND FINANCE business strategies, plans and procedures

  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

  • Establish policies that promote BOND FINANCE culture and vision

  • Oversee daily operations of BOND FINANCE and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

  • Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure BOND FINANCE achieves investor targets for growth and profitability

  • Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed current BOND FINANCE reports and forecasts

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key Investors, clients, partners, and stakeholders
