Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance,
CPA combination of education and experience.
a strong consistent 10 years of related accounting or financial experience and 5 years of management or lead experience in a Banking based ‘Sales and Trading’ environment in crypto industry.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles and internal control procedures and compliance.
Knowledge of SQL and Python
Comfortable with ‘rolling up his/her sleeves’ to work in detail and well as contribute to the identification and implementation of decisions to BOND FINANCE's most pressing challenges.
Duties of ROB DICKSON ,Chief Finance Officer
DICKSON lead and oversee the Finance team that supports the critical day-to-day accounting operations.
Work with the business and IT to identify and implement tactical and strategic process improvements which enhance the efficiency and quality of BOND FINANCE's financials.
Report to the CEO and serve as part of the Finance leadership team with an emphasis on strategic input on the short and long-term direction of BOND FINANCE.
Oversee month-end, half-year, and year-end close + production of Financial Statements and GL account reconciliations, including Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Accruals, Cash, and other intercompany transactions.
Establish data driven to approach to driving prioritization of work by the Finance team
Similarly, drive cross-company effort to establish data environment to better understand business results.
Recruit and develop the Finance team members for the purposes of creating opportunities for the staff to develop within the Finance department and BOND FINANCE At large

1. Reporting
Reporting takes up a lot of a CFO’s time, and this responsibility typically resides in the Controller’s group. This team of professionals prepares all of the BOND FINANCE historical financial reports required for shareholders, employees, lenders, research analysts, governments, and regulatory bodies. DICKSON is responsible for ensuring all reporting is prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Liquidity
BOND FINANCE CFO ensures the company is able to meet its financial commitments and manage cash flow in the most efficient way. This group is tasked with managing the company’s cash balance and working capital, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
he also carry out the issuing of any debt, managing investments, and handle other liquidity-related decisions.

3. Return on Investment
